We have 19 players entered with the umpire rounding it up to 20 with him playing the bye position. Its good to see a vast array of different army Nationalities being used, with the Germans being the most numerous as could be expected. Only 3 British and 2 French players and a numerous lists from the new Rising Sun book
There is some truly horrible lists in there that my Polish force would struggle with, with so many units of high end AT such as Pak38's and 45mm obr 1939 guns (volley fire Soviets), the AT value is something that I am not particularly bothered with as I only have 5 tanks but its their ability to dug out my guns and infantry that's worrying, and theirs some large Artillery park armies..... but if I can get my bypass unit on it could come in handy coming in behind their guns !

So some good lists there, some others I would rather very much avoid , and some that would be fun to play / something different too, but all in all, its going to be a challenging weekend I think !
I think it might be Axis vs Allies as well, but I hope not as I dont like playing Germans, but would expect/hope for a historical match up in the first round - maybe the SS German List or even the Soviet lists. Wish me luck
